Every piece is carefully wrapped and sent from Italy with care.

Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. As each item is vintage and one of a kind, we take extra care in packing to ensure it reaches you safely.

Shipping & delivery
All orders are shipped internationally from Italy. Delivery typically takes 10–20 business days depending on your location and customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and local customs.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and the size and weight of your order.

Customs, duties & taxes

Orders are shipped directly from Italy.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or delayed shipments
Once an item has left our hands, it is in the care of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the shipping carrier, nor for packages marked as delivered but not found. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, so please double-check your shipping details before ordering.
